Our spotless and immaculate room was complete with a TV and a comfortable sofa bed plus a sofa. The staff was welcoming and exceptional and our experience was excellent overall. Marvellous and handy location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. It was maximum 20 minutes drive to the airport.
There was no water pressure and caused inconvenience.

Good and clean for British hotel. Quickly in the city center. Rooms have nice flair .. The discount for parking helps a lot.
Parking not possible directly at the house, but with discount in the city centre ok

Attention by the General Manager to personally apologise for the condition if the tiles in the bathroom, he would not offer the room however all of Edinburgh was booked out due to the Ryder Cup. I was given half price for the room robe and slippers. Everything in the bathroom was functional, the bed was very comfortable and all facilities were excellent. I would recommend the hotel to any traveller based solely on the attention and pride shown by the General Manager and his staff

The price was good for this accommodation and it all worked out very quickly
The hotel was difficult to find because of its name. Because it's not called Leonardo Hotel. Leonardo Boutique can only be read in a very small addition below. That's how you run around with a suitcase.

fantastic access to main attractions and beautiful parks
I loved wandering to the nearby Edinburgh Castle, just a 15-minute stroll away, and enjoying the scenic views at Princes Street Gardens, only a peaceful 10-minute walk from the hotel. Plus, the staff were super friendly and always ready to help throughout my stay.

The location of the hotel was very good. Many sights are within walking distance and it is well connected to public transport. Also the airport transfer proved to be very easy. The reception is open 24 hours. The staff was very friendly to us, well prepared and helpful. The breakfast included a wide range of dishes, both buffet and freshly prepared. The room was very comfortably furnished and we felt very comfortable.

We were a group of six friends and we really enjoyed our stay thank you. I forgot my charger and someone at reception let me charge my phone on theirs which was very useful. We had a great breakfast and a comfortable sleep and the room was nice and clean.
One of the rooms 407 did not have a mirror on the dressing table so we had to keep taking the lirror off the wall to dry our hair. Although the room was clean it did smell a bit funny - like stale smoke - we were not in it for that long so it didnt bother us that much.

Great stay in a cozy spot!
The staff was super friendly, and the traditional vibe was cool. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the Scottish cooked options. Only wish our room had a bit more light since it was kinda street level, but it was comfy and clean overall.
